    Work experience: Head of the Teaching and Research Section of accounting department in Dongbei University of Finance and Economics; General Manager, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Dalian Commercial Trade Group; Assistant of Shahekou district leader and vice Shahekou district leader; Standing committee of the CPC Ganjingzi District Committee and vice Ganjingzi district leader; Appointed as Deputy secretary of the CPC Ganjingzi District Committee, Chief Executive and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of People’s Government of Ganjingzi District, Dalian in December, 2002.
