The financial revenue of sub-districts in suburb was 500.57 million Yuan, 42.7% of the regular budget income. The financial revenue of sub-districts in city was 255 million Yuan, 21.8% of the regular budget income. In 2006, the district’s fiscal expenditure including fund was 1.56623 billion Yuan, increased by 21.2% than that of the previous year. The regular budget expenditure in local finance was 1.54493 billion Yuan, increased by 29.6% than that of the previous year, of which infrastructure expenditure was 79.04 million Yuan, decreased by 46.0%, the cost of the city’s maintenance was 284.38 million Yuan, increased by 30.7%£¬the education expenditure was 223.11 million Yuan, increased by 50.9 %, the technology expenditure was 11.88 million Yuan, increased by 20.7% and the public administration expenditure was 131. 94 million Yuan, increased by 6.6%.

The expenses of taxation reach 3.414 billion Yuan this year, increased by 20.7% than that of the previous year, of which national tax is 1.48677 billion Yuan, increased by20.6% and the land tax is 1.92723 billion Yuan, increased by 20.8%.
